What is the Coordinated Compensation Panel?

When developing its recommendation for review by the Civil Service Commission, the Panel takes into consideration the negotiated collective bargaining agreements, impasse panel recommendations, and recommendations of the employer or employees. For more information see Civil Service Rule 5-1.3.
