K-8 English and Math Learning Expectation Parent's Guides

Parent Guides to Grade Level Content Expectations were developed to provide important information on what students are expected to know and be able to do in ELA and mathematics at the end of each grade in elementary and middle school. Students successful in meeting these expectations should be prepared for high school level courses. The guides can also be used to discuss student progess with teachers.

ELA and mathematics guides are available in two formats, single or multiple copies and three languages:

Multiple Copy - ELA and Mathematics
This version prints two parent guides at once. Assembly requires cutting and stapling.

Booklet - ELA and Mathematics
This version prints one copy that is folded in half to create a single guide. Pages are printed out in the same order that they appear. Then starting with the cover, every other page is turned upside down. The document should be placed in a copier set to print pages back to back.
