Identified "False Positives" on
Criminal Convictions List

The search of the state's criminal history database has reportedly resulted in some "false positives" due to several factors, including: stolen/misused Social Security number matches; common name matches; or district errors when inputting data into the Registry of Educational Personnel (REP). If a school district has reason to believe that an employee was identified in error, please submit the information below:
