Reginald M. Turner

Mr. Turner was appointed by Governor Granholm to the Board on September 25, 2003, succeeding Mrs. Sharon Gire who resigned.   He was elected for an eight-year term in 2006 that became effective January 1, 2007.  Mr. Turner is a partner with Clark Hill, PLC, and immediate past president of the State Bar of Michigan.    

Mr. Turner holds a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a bachelor of science degree from Wayne State University.
