Grades 6-8 Item Descriptors, Released Items, Scoring Guides
Fall 2012
With the exception of the grades 4 and 7 narrative and informational writing prompts and scoring guides, MEAP test items are not released. Instead, item descriptor booklets are made available for item analysis purposes. These booklets contain item descriptors for each item which include a short description of an item's stem, the GLCE or content code for each item, the correct response, and a description of incorrect responses.
Fall 2011

Beginning with Fall 2009 test administration OEAA will no longer be releasing test items (with the exception of the narrative and informational writing prompts and scoring guides at Grades 4 and 7). In lieu of released item booklets OEAA has assembled item descriptor booklets for the 2009 MEAP assessment. These booklets contain item descriptors for each item containing a short description of an item's stem, the GLCE or content code for each item, the correct response, and a description of incorrect responses.
