ELPA

ELPA Update and Fall Assessment Activities  This presentation provides an overview of the ELPA Initial Screening and the Spring ELPA. In addition, key fall ELPA Initial Screening activities are described in detail, as well as information on ELPA-related activities on the horizon.

General

Guidelines for Participation in Statewide Assessment  This presentation features an overview of the important decisions that need to be made by teachers, parents, and other educators when choosing the most appropriate state assessment. In particular, challenges in making these decisions for students with disabilities and English language learners are discussed, and available resources developed by the BAA to guide these key conversations are described. BAA Secure Site Overview This session will provide a "big picture" overview of the BAA Secure Site, including topics such as how to place an initial or additional material order, how to track shipments, how to pre-identify students for testing, and how to update student demographics. Submitting issues during tested roster, reporting, and other system interfaces (e.g., MSDS and EEM) will also be covered. Learn shortcuts and tips from BAA staff and listen to questions posed by district assessment coordinators. This video is lengthy, so it has been split into chapters which allow viewers to go directly to the topic of their interest. There is no Powerpoint for this session.
