Casandra E. Ulbrich, Vice President D-Rochester Hills, Term Expires 1/1/15.
Ms. Ulbrich serves as the Vice President for College Advancement and Community Relations at Macomb Community College. She was previously employed as Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Wayne State University.  She has been a small business owner and a Congressional Press Secretary.  She is a member of the Walter P. Reuther Library Advisory Board, and Automation Alley's STEM Education Committee.  She holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. from Wayne State University, a B.A. from University of Michigan, and an A.A. from St. Clair County Community College.  ulbrichc@michigan.gov
