The Library of Michigan’s refund policy is as follows:

• 100% refunds will be available to registrants up to 7 business days prior to an event under usual circumstances. In the event that catering or other considerations require a different time period, this will be spelled out with the registration information in CourseWhere, the Library of Michigan’s online registration software at http://coursewhere.com/lom.  Each event will have specific refund information available beginning when the event is available for registration.
• In the event of extenuating circumstances such as a medical emergency where sufficient funds make it possible to issue a refund after the established deadline, a contact person for the event will be listed so that registrants have a person to contact about their situation. Should funds for the event already be encumbered, a refund may not be possible. No refunds after the stated refund date are guaranteed.
• The Library of Michigan will hold in-person workshops for a minimum of five persons.
