  • Teacher Webinar Series: Owning Your Evaluation - Session #3 Date:  January 18, 2018  Time:  04:00 PM - 05:00 PM Description:
    This hour-long webinar is the third in a series of webinars for Michigan educators to empower them to take ownership of their evaluation process in collaboration with the Michigan Teacher Leader Advisory Council (MTLAC).  Participants will learn about the routine events of the instructional rounds process, as well as review observation protocols for instructional rounds.  In addition, participants will develop a plan to collaborate with peers to build an instructional rounds team, and they will learn how to use rounds to support school-wide instructional improvement.

  • Administrator Webinar Series: Growing Professional Development with Evaluation Processes - Administrators as Advocates of the Profession Session #2 - Best Practices: Observation & Feedback Cycle and Crucial Conversations Date:  January 26, 2018  Time:  09:00 AM - 10:00 AM Description:

    This hour-long webinar is the second in a series of six webinars for administrators.  Participants attending this session will be introduced to the components of best practices around observation and the feedback cycle.  In addition, participants will learn leveraging observations to support professional growth strategies.process to support professional growth.
