  • Teacher Webinar Series: Owning Your Evaluation - Session #6 Date:  April 19, 2018  Time:  04:00 PM - 05:00 PM Description:

    This hour-long webinar is the sixth in a series of webinars for Michigan educators to empower them to take ownership of their evaluation process in collaboration with the Michigan Teacher Leader Advisory Council (MTLAC). Participants will review professional growth goals, examine evidence sources, review and revise self-assessment of practice related to district adopted instructional framework, as well as be able to identify future goals for professional practice and growth. In addition, participants will review the legislative requirements for educator evaluations, and will learn strategies for effective communication during feedback conferences.

  • Administrator Webinar Series: Growing Professional Development with Evaluation Processes - Administrators as Advocates of the Profession Session #5 - Preparing for the End of Cycle Evaluation Date:  April 20, 2018  Time:  09:00 AM - 10:00 AM Description:

    This hour-long webinar is the fifth in a series of six webinars for administrators.  Participants attending this session will learn how to prepare for the various components that exist in the end of the evaluation cycle, as well as learn about how leveraging the evaluation process to support your staff in the moment towards their professional growth and development.
