Food and Nutrition Data Corrections Report

In August 2010, during a data conversion for previously made Food and Nutrition payments some records were not converted correctly. No actual payments, either positive or negative, were made for these records but corrections had to be made in the CMS database. Due to these corrections the Grant Auditor Report for certain recipients may not be correct. Please refer to the Food and Nutrition Data Corrections Report (FNDCR) which is listed below on this page.

Recipients on the FNDCR need to exclude any information on this report from their Grant Auditor Report. Positive amounts on the FNDCR will show up negative on the Grant Auditor Report and negative amounts on the FNDCR will show up positive on the Grant Auditor Report.
