Civil Rights 15 Recommendations Subcommittee

The purpose of the Civil Rights 15 Recommendations Subcommittee is to convene state agencies and non-state partners to ensure progress toward fulfilling the 15 recommendations outlined in the 2010 Civil Rights Report.

The goal of the subcommittee is to complete the stated agency goals in the 2013 Civil Rights Recommendations Update. Strategies include developing metrics to measure agency progress and report annually on agency progress to the Civil Rights Commission.

The task force completed an update to the 15 recommendations from the 2010 Civil Rights Report, and presented it to the Michigan Department of Civil Rights at the Commission Meeting on May 21, 2014.
