US-10 BR (Eastman Avenue) safety project to begin

ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE: July 2009

PROJECT: The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is scheduled to begin intersection safety work on US-10 BR (Eastman Avenue) in Midland County. The project is located on Eastman Avenue between Sugnet and Saginaw roads in the city of Midland. Work includes adding a center left-turn lane, landscaping, and Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant sidewalk improvements.

CUSTOMER BENEFIT: This $502,000 will increase safety for Michigan motorists.
