BACKGROUND: MDOT is planning to mill and resurface 5 miles of US-23 from south Everett Road to Black River Road. The project also will include safety improvements and storm sewer work.
This open house will allow area residents and business owners an opportunity to talk one-on-one with MDOT staff regarding this $3.1 million project.
This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
