I-75 bridge work at Dodge Road underway

ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE: November 2009

PROJECT: The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) began bridge rehabilitation work on I-75 under Dodge Road today.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS: A right-lane closure is in effect on northbound and southbound I-75 under Dodge Road. A temporary signal will be used to direct local traffic across the bridge for the duration of the project. Portable message boards will be used to alert motorists to lane closures on I-75.

CUSTOMER BENEFIT: This $139,000 project will benefit motorists by increasing safety and extending the life of the bridge.
