M-13 bridge replacement project to begin in Bay County

STARTING DATE: Monday, Jan. 4, 2010

ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE: April 2010

PROJECT: The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is scheduled to begin replacement of the M-13 bridge over the Pinconning River in Bay County.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS: The bridge will be closed over with traffic detoured. Motorists will follow Pinconning Road (5th Street) east to Water Street and then north to Cody Estey Road, where they will head west to resume travel on M-13. Motorists also will be detoured using North Street as an alternate route.
