Vendors who offer supplies and manufacturing products and wish to do business with the state of Michigan must register online at www.cpexpress.state.mi.us/.

Once registered, go to the DMB web site www.michigan.gov/doingbusiness/. Click on "Bids & Proposals", "Commodities & Services", and then "Invitations to Bid (ITB's)" to view and download all active invitations to bid for state agencies that are non-highway construction purchases.
