FAQ
  Bids & Contracts
Where can I find the EBS (Electronic Bidding System) files on MDOT's Web site?

Answer:

The Expedite Bid software is required to view EBS files. Expedite Bid is FREE for use and can be downloaded from the MDOT's Bid Letting Information Web page. Select the "Download Expedite Software" link and complete the wizard to install.

To obtain the Electronic Bidding System (EBS) files for use with Expedite Bid, visit the MDOT Bid Letting Page, select the Bid Letting date at the left of the page, and the EBS files (including amendments that apply) for the specific letting chosen are located in the ebsdata.ebl file.

For more information, contact MDOT, Bid Letting.
