What is a 1300EZ?
 
Answer:
A 1300EZ form, Statement of Current Contracts and Subcontracts, provides MDOT with a contractor's uncompleted work-on-hand and is used to determine eligibility to bid on projects. This form must be filed with MDOT in the period specified in the filing schedule identified on this Web page: http://www.michigan.gov/mdot/0,1607,7-151-9625_21539_21546---,00.html. This form is available and fillable online, or can be printed and faxed to MDOT.
