Now that I am bidding electronically, do I need to submit a request for the project items I wish to bid in addition to submitting a Form 1300EZ?
 
Answer:

Yes! Please keep in mind that MDOT cannot provide eligibility to a contractor if they are not aware of the projects they wish to bid. A contractor must submit a Request for Eligibility to Bid, Form 1381. The deadline to file a 1381 Form with MDOT is 5:00 PM one day prior to the scheduled letting date.
