  Construction Permits
Can a contractor/consultant submit an application or notice on behalf of an applicant?
 
Answer:
A contractor/consultant may submit an application or notice on behalf of an applicant. If the contractor submits the application, then the contractor may also enter notices, or the applicant may delegate authority to them in Michigan Business One Stop (MBOS).

Note: If delegating authority, the contractor/consultant may see all of the applicants' permits not just those for which they are contracted.
