Where can I obtain a program to calculate Signal Spans and Stem Length (Usable Sag)?
 
Answer:
The program is called "Sig Span" and is located in the "Traffic Consultant Files" Category of the Traffic & Safety Details/Guides.

The program is run from the Command Prompt in a DOS Window, it is an English Unit program, convert the results to Metric if needed.

It is available on the MDOT Typical Plans website in the "Traffic Consultant Files" category.
