Q 12. I am tracking my extras and adjustments so I can determine when an extra needs to go to Ad Board. When increasing an established extra, it shows up in the increase/decrease portion of the contract modification. Is this added to my extra totals?

Answer:
Yes. Don't forget once you exceed your 6% or $48,000 limit, contract modifications with increases to extras or adjustments must be submitted for Administrative Board review.

There is one exception to this rule. If your extra item has gone for Administrative Board review earlier in the contract, you can increase an Administrative Board approved item by up to 15% before it needs to go back for review.
