MDOT and Meijer have partnered to provide the citizens of Michigan with more opportunity to Carpool. Six Meijer stores across the state have been identified as pilot locations for motorists to meet to share the cost of driving.
Each of the six stores have marked 50 parking spaces for carpool parking. Trailblazing signs on major roads near the Meijer locations will help commuters locate these spaces.
