Michigan Transparency (5%) Report

Federal law requires each state to describe at least 5 percent of its locations exhibiting the most severe highway safety needs.

In addition to listing the locations, the states' reports are to include:

  • Potential remedies to the hazardous locations identified;
  • Estimated costs of the remedies; and
  • Impediments to implementation of the remedies other than costs.

Michigan's 5 Percent Reports can be found here.
