ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE: Early November 2008

PROJECT: The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be rehabilitating the Old US-31 bridge over the Pentwater River. Work includes a bridge deck overlay, railing replacement, partial deck replacement, substructure repairs, lane realignment and approach work.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS: One lane in each direction will be maintained at all times via a traffic shift.

CUSTOMER BENEFIT: This $846,000 project will provide a smoother ride for motorists and extend the service life of this bridge.
