30US-41 construction to start Monday, May 7, in Menominee
April 30, 2007 - - Beginning Monday, May 7, the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will reconstruct approximately one mile of US-41 in the city of Menominee, from 20th Avenue south to the railroad overpass.

April 30, 2007 - -You only have two weeks left to comment on the draft state long-range transportation plan released in March by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). The 45-day public comment period ends May 14. Comments received on the "MI Transportation Plan: Moving Michigan Forward" draft plan for 2005-2030 will help guide future transportation decisions for the state.


30I-69 road, bridge and rail work now under way in Genesee County
April 30, 2007 - - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has begun road construction, including bridge and railroad work, on an approximate 10-mile stretch of I-69 in Genesee County. Work began today, Monday, April 30, on I-69 from M-13 to west of I-75 in the cities of Flint and Swartz Creek.
