Work continues on US-23 with pavement repairs at the US-23/M-14 west tri-level

PROJECT: Pavement repairs, including concrete patching and joint replacement, will take place at the US-23/M-14 west tri-level, on the northwest side of Ann Arbor. Pavement repairs will occur prior to the highway being resurfaced. The work is part of a larger project along US-23 and M-14 that involves bridge repair and pavement upgrades.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS: Starting Thursday at 8 p.m., single lane closures will be in effect at various locations at the US-23/M-14 west tri-level. The only location at the interchange not being repaired is the ramp from westbound M-14 to northbound US-23.

Lane restrictions will be in place from 8 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday, April 13. Work will continue throughout the weekend, with closures in effect from 8 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday, April 16. All work is weather dependent.

Additional work at the US-23/M-14 west tri-level will take place during several weekends in April. All repairs are expected to be completed by the end of April, with paving along US-23 and M- 14 expected to start in early May. All paving will take place at night to reduce the inconvenience to motorists.

Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes while US-23 is under construction.
