Work on M-17 in Ypsilanti to start Monday, May 4

END DATE: End of August

PROJECT: Starting Monday, the Michigan Department of Transportation begins work on M-17 between Carpenter Road and Normal Street in Ypsilanti. Repairs include 3 miles of concrete patch work, along with joint and crack sealing.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS: Construction on Monday will begin at Carpenter Road and head east. There will be single-lane closures in each direction on M-17 as part of the project.
