How Long Do Adoptions Last?

Adopt-A-Landscape permits are issued by the Individual Application & Permit Use of State Trunkline ROW, (MDOT Form 2205) with an attached 5-Year License Agreement.

You may extend the agreement if you or your contractor has satisfactorily met the terms of the permit and the site remains suitable for adoption. Permits are not transferable.
