• Supplement to the Environmental Assessment 
Since approval of the environmental assessment in 2005, costs have escalated for obtaining necessary right-of-way needed to construct the new bridge south of the existing structure. This supplement evaluated a previous alternative for replacing the drawbridge on the existing alignment, requiring an 18 to 24-month closure of M-85.
