Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)

The Federal Highway Administration has determined that this project will have no significant impacts on the human or natual environment. 

To expedite downloading, the graphic images and Appendices have been separated from the document text.  The aerial images showing the recommended alignments are separated into four sections.
