Ordering Instructions

Call in your order and give us a credit card number-MasterCard or Visa.

Mail orders must be prepaid by check or money order.
Please make checks payable to the State of Michigan.
Prices include shipping and handling.

If you do not have tax exempt status and are a Michigan resident, you must add 6% sales tax. To order from this list, please send a letter with the following info:
