Responsibilities:

Provide assistance and oversight to over 150 public transit agencies, ridershare/vanpool providers, marine, and intercity bus carriers.  The assistance and oversight is on all federal and state capital and operating assistance projects to insure that the funds are used according to the intent of the project and all federal and state rules and regulations are met.

Coordinate the administration of all federal and state transit programs including the preparation and administration of federal grants and the development of the annual application guidelines for all state programs.  Monitor and analyze federal legislation and rules.
