The Project Delivery Section of MDOT Real Estate Division provides support and technical expertise to MDOT region offices in the areas of appraisal valuation, acquisition of right-of-way, relocation assistance, demolition of improvements, environmental site assessment, and condemnation coordination. It is responsible for statewide MDOT Real Estate standards, policy and procedure, training activities, and the Real Estate Quality Assurance Program.
