The Central Office Technical Unit of MDOT Real Estate Division provides MDOT region offices, TSCs, and the public with support and technical expertise in these areas: design plans, legal descriptions, railroad issues, property sales, right-of-way maps and right-of-way research, and creating court displays for MDOT condemnation cases.
