The Project Development Section of the MDOT Real Estate Division provides support and technical assistance to MDOT region offices in the areas of property management, land sales, leasing and licensing of MDOT-owned property. It is responsible for establishing statewide standards and developing policy and procedure guidelines. It coordinates land disposal activities with region offices, Transportation Service Centers, and the Lansing central office.
