Environmental Site Assessment

The Project Delivery Section of the MDOT Real Estate Division reviews all transportation projects requiring the acquisition of real property and investigates each parcel for possible environmental site contamination. Additional support and technical expertise is provided to region offices, Transportation Service Centers, and other MDOT sections in the areas of environmental liability, contamination testing and risk assessment.
