The Project Delivery Section of the MDOT Real Estate Division processes parcels for MDOT condemnation action on transportation projects when a negotiated settlement cannot be reached with a property owner. It is also responsible for coordination with the Attorney General Office involving filing dates, possession dates, depositions, pretrial court work, witnesses, valuation issues, settlement conferences, and jury trials.
