General Overview: Perform a variety of office support assignments where the processing of documents, recording, retrieving, distribution of data or information, produce a wide variety of media including letters, memoranda, brochures, charts, graphs, forms, scientific and technical material, numerical data, and tabular information from rough draft or corrected copy, recorded dictation, shorthand notes or specific instructions is an essential and/or substantial part of the work.
The following position titles are included in this type of work: Word Processing Assistant, General Office Assistant and Communications Assistant.
Education: Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
