General Overview: Appraise and acquire right-of-way needed for MDOT projects, assist in the relocation of those residents and businesses who need to be relocated, and auction or sell any property deemed to be excess.

Working Conditions: May require travel and to traverse rough terrain.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any major.

Special Requirements, Licenses, & Certifications: May require a valid Michigan appraisal and/or broker's license.
