The following required documents, as well as any additional information, must be attached to an E-mail and submitted to the MDOT Awards Unit.
  • Specialty Pages
  • Disadvantaged Business (DBE) Sheets
  • Progress Schedules
  • Insurance Requirements
Once your documents are completed, send an E-mail to the address below. Be sure to attach each individual document to your E-mail. MDOT-Awards@michigan.gov
