System Profile

Clare County Transit Corporation (CCTC) began its dial-a-ride services in 1981. The purpose is to provide safe, economical and reliable transportation services for the citizens of Clare County, particularly the elderly and disabled, coordinated through a central dispatch center using a combination of demand response (curb to curb service) and reserved trips. Our "open door" policy ensures everyone in the County has access to transportation. Transfers to neighboring counties are also available. We cover 570 square miles. Wheelchair lifts are available as well as prescriptions/package delivery.
