System Profile 
Clare County Transit Corporation(CCTC) began its dial-a-ride service in 1981. The purpose of the transit corporation is to provide transportation service for the people of Clare County, particularly the elderly and handicapped, coordinated through a central dispatch center using a combination of demand-response and reserved trips. We cover 570 square miles. Wheelchair lifts are available as well as prescription/package delivery.
