System Profile
The Niles Dial-A-Ride system started in November 1974, and is operated by a private transit provider under contract to the City of Niles. The service consists of both demand response service and one line-haul route provided with a trolley styled vehicle. Service is within the City of Niles proper. All administration, maintenance, and storage is housed in the same facility.
