The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close the northbound M-39 service drive from Village Road to US-12 for approximately two weeks for emergency bridge work over the Rouge River. This will also require closing the northbound M-39 ramps to eastbound and westbound US-12.

The northbound M-39 service drive will be closed from Village Road, north of Rotunda Drive, to US-12, including the exit ramps to US-12.
Northbound M-39 service drive and US-12 exit traffic will be detoured northbound to M-153 (Ford Road), then southbound on the M-39 service drive and US-12 exit ramps.
Access to The Henry Ford Museum will be maintained via Village Road and Oakwood Boulevard.
The M-39 freeway will remain open, as well as the southbound service drive and southbound exit ramps to US-12.
