Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) is the estimated mean daily traffic volume. For continuous sites, calculated by summing the Annual Average Days of the Week and dividing by seven. For short-count sites, estimated by factoring a short count using seasonal and day-of-week adjustment factors. NOTE: All traffic volumes shown are two-way totals unless the road is a one-way road. The Non Trunkline Federal Aid Program, NTFA, was established to meet the HPMS reporting requirement to provide a count based annual average daily traffic (AADT) on all federal aid roads. The NTFA is a cross agency traffic data collection program for the non trunkline federal aid road network. Traffic data collection is coordinated between Cities, Counties, MPOs, RPAs, and MDOT on both three and six year cycles and reported annually to FHWA. This site allows the user to review and download the road segments, AADT, source, and schedule data for the NTFA network. More information about the NTFA program. E-mail contact for non-trunkline AADT questions. |
