    M-11 (28th Street) construction starts Monday

    M-11 will be resurfaced from Breton Avenue east to Patterson Avenue, and reconstructed from Patterson Avenue east to I-96. Work also includes the addition of a right-turn lane for northbound Patterson Avenue, traffic signal upgrades, and new sidewalk and lighting from Patterson Avenue east to I-96.

    A minimum of one lane of traffic will be open at all times in each direction on M-11 and all intersecting roads. Motorists will have access to ramps and local businesses at all times.
