BACKGROUND: MDOT will be repairing 34 bridges on I-275 between Hannan and 6 Mile roads, and will be resurfacing the freeway between Ecorse and Ford roads.
Scheduled to begin in March, the project is intended to improve safety and ride quality.
MDOT reminds drivers: Snowplows need room to groom.
