BACKGROUND: While a construction year has not yet been chosen, MDOT is designing new overpasses to replace the existing West Grand Boulevard bridges over I-94. The project will replace the antiquated H-style structures with more modern overpasses and eliminate the current eastbound I-94 left-lane exit to West Grand Boulevard.
MDOT reminds drivers: Snowplows need room to groom.
