Franklin Street bridge improvements over US-131 start Monday

PROJECT DETAILS: Bridge deck replacement, substructure and structural steel repairs, and new street lighting and signs.

TRAFFIC IMPACT: Franklin Street will be closed over US-131. The northbound US-131 off ramp to Franklin Street and the Franklin Street on ramp to northbound US-131 also will be closed. Intermittent lane closures will be in effect on Century Avenue and traffic will be maintained using flag control.

During the weekend of April 20, double-lane closures will be in effect on US-131 for bridge demolition.
